🧹 Housekeeping is charged to guests — not the property owner. It is collected as part of the guest's booking. Hotel-grade linen & consumables are included in VayK's management fee.

Is there a setup fee? +

No. VayK charges no onboarding fee. You start paying only once your property starts generating bookings.

What if my property has a slow month? +

You pay nothing. Our fee is a percentage of actual revenue — if your property earns nothing in a given month, our fee is zero. Our incentives are fully aligned with yours.

Does VayK charge for DTCM registration? +

DTCM registration coordination is included in the management fee. The government licence fee itself is a pass-through cost charged at cost — typically a one-time payment plus annual renewal.

Can I see all charges before they're applied? +

Yes. All pass-through costs are itemised in your monthly statement. You pre-approve any maintenance spend above AED 500.

Are there any long-term contract commitments? +
